1. Parties and subject

1.1. These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between SALON TRANSILVANIA, a trading name operated by SALON TRANSILVANIA SRL (the “Salon”, “we”), and any person using the online booking site or the Salon's services (the “Client”, “you”).

1.2. The booking site is technically provided through the Primer platform, operated by WISE PEOPLE S.R.L.; however, the service and the contractual relationship for those services are established solely between you and the Salon. Primer is not a party to the service contract.

1.3. By making a booking or using the site, you confirm you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

2. Bookings

2.1. A booking is a request to reserve a time slot for a service, with a team member, at a Salon location. A booking becomes firm upon confirmation (on screen and/or by SMS/email).

2.2. You must be at least 16 to book; minors require the consent of a legal guardian.

2.3. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide (name, phone, email). Incorrect data may prevent confirmation or reminders.

2.4. Displayed duration and price are estimates; the final price may vary depending on hair condition/actual service and will be communicated before execution.

2.5. Please arrive on time. Lateness over 15 minutes may result in a shortened service or rescheduling at the Salon's discretion.

3. Cancellation, rescheduling and no-show

3.1. You may cancel or reschedule free of charge at least 1 hours before the appointment, via the link in the confirmation message or by contacting the Salon.

3.2. Cancellations under 1 hours, or no-shows, may incur — where the Salon has communicated this in advance — a fee of up to — or forfeiture of any deposit paid.

3.3. For new clients, the Salon may require a deposit or guarantee at booking; this is refunded or deducted from the bill if you attend.

3.4. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may lead to restriction of online booking.

4. Payments

4.1. Services are generally paid at the location after the service, via the means accepted by the Salon.

4.2. Where an online deposit/guarantee is required, payment is processed securely via Stripe; the Salon does not store full card details.

4.3. Deposit refunds follow the cancellation policy above. Services already rendered are non-refundable, except as required by law.

4.4. All prices include applicable taxes under the laws of România.

5. Vouchers and gift cards

5.1. Vouchers/gift cards are valid for the period stated on them, are not exchangeable for cash and are not replaced if lost, unless stated otherwise.

6. Conduct and health

6.1. Please inform staff of any allergies, skin/scalp conditions, pregnancy or other relevant conditions before the service.

6.2. The Salon reserves the right to refuse or stop a service in case of abusive behaviour, intoxication, or where the service would endanger the Client's or staff's health.

6.3. Discriminatory, aggressive behaviour or harassment toward staff or other clients is prohibited.

7. Liability

7.1. The Salon provides services with reasonable professional skill. Aesthetic outcomes are subjective and may vary.

7.2. To the extent permitted by law, the Salon's liability for proven direct damages shall not exceed the value of the relevant service, except for personal injury caused by the Salon's negligence or other cases where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

7.3. The Salon is not liable for personal belongings lost or damaged on the premises beyond the limit provided by law.

7.4. The Salon is not liable for temporary unavailability of the booking site caused by the platform provider or third parties.

8. Intellectual property and photos

8.1. Site content belongs to the Salon or the platform provider. “Before/after” photos are taken only with your explicit consent and may be withdrawn at any time.

9. Data protection

9.1. The Salon is the controller of your personal data collected via bookings. Processing is described in the Salon's Privacy Policy. The Primer platform (WISE PEOPLE S.R.L.) acts as the Salon's processor for this data, under a Data Processing Agreement.

10. Changes, governing law and disputes

10.1. The Salon may update these Terms; the applicable version is the one published at the time of booking.

10.2. These Terms are governed by the laws of România. Disputes are settled by the competent courts of the Salon's registered seat, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.

10.3. Consumers may use alternative/online dispute resolution (ADR/ODR) under applicable law.
