About these reviews
- The invitation goes out automatically after every finished visit (including one closed automatically at least 2 hours after its end time, unless it was cancelled), on the same published rules for every salon — but it only reaches customers who agreed to receive messages from the salon, and the salon can switch that agreement off on a customer's record.
- Everyone who completes an appointment and agreed to receive messages from the salon is invited — at most one invitation every 30 days per person, at most 3 unanswered invitations ever, and never again after a STOP. A visit counts as finished when it was closed at the till, with the finish button, or automatically at least 2 hours after its end time, and was not cancelled.
- Reviews are never paid for, and nothing is offered in exchange for one.
- Reviews are published indefinitely, in an append-only register: the salon cannot edit or delete them. Withdrawal by the author, and removal on a legal ground, stay possible — and every removal is itself recorded in the register, with the ground stated.
- The author can be contacted through the salon for any clarification.
